Ammihud
"People of glory, i.e. renowned." The name of various biblical personages:
- The father of the Ephraimite chief Elishama, at the time of the Exodus.1
- The father of Talmai, king of Geshur, to whom Absalom fled after the murder of Amnon.2
- The son of Omri, and the father of Uthai.3
Two others by this name are mentioned in Num. 34:20 and 28.
