Darago

A powerful being who dwells in the great fissure of Mount Apo. Along with her husband Mandarangan she controls the fate of warriors and brings success in battle, giving the victors loot and slaves. In return for these favors she demands, at certain times, the sacrifice of a slave. If people fail to make these offerings then dissent, disaster, and death will surely visit them.
