Ghost of Lord Dacre
The ghost of George Dacre, 5th Baron Dacre, who is said to have been murdered at Thetford at the age of eight through the contrivance of his guardian, Sir Richard Fulmerston, in 1569. He fell off a wooden vaulting-horse, purposely rendered insecure, and after death prances up and down on the ghost of a headless rocking horse.
