Pelarge
The daughter of Potneus, and wife of Isthmiades. They were said to have re-instituted the orgies of the Boeotian Cabeiri, who were expelled after the invasion of the Epigoni and the taking of Thebes. In accordance with an oracle from Dodona, various honors were established for Pelarge by Telondes, one being the sacrifice of a pregnant victim.
