Penthilus

The bastard son of Orestes and Erigone, is said to have led a colony of Aeolians to Thrace. He was the father of Echelatus and Damasias (Damasius). Penthilus is the mythical ancestor of the Penthilides, an ancient dynasty of kings on Lesbos.
