Taberah

A place in the wilderness of Paran. The complains of the Israelites about their misfortunes displeased and angered God and he sent fire to them, burning those that were in the uttermost of the camp. The people cried out to Moses; and Moses prayed to God, and the fire was quenched. Moses named the place Taberah, for the fire of God burnt among them.
