Tegid Foel

The giant of Pennllyn. In the Hanes Taliesin ("Tale of Talisien) he is the husband of Ceridwen and is by her the father of the hideously ugly Morfran. They live on the shores of Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake).

Welsh teg, "beautiful," foel, "bald."
