Tisiphone

The daughter of Alcmaeon and Manto. She was sent to Creon in Corinth to be brought up. When Tisiphone matured into a beautiful young woman, Creon's wife became jealous and sold her into slavery. Alcmaeon, compelled by her beauty, bought her at an auction, unaware that she was his daughter. Just when he was about to commit incest with her he discovered her parentage.
