buruburu

In Japanese folklore, the "ghost of fear." It appears in the form of a shaking old man or woman, sometimes one-eyed, and lurks about in graveyards and forests. The ghost attaches itself to the back of its victim, and causes a chill to run up and down the spine, whereupon its victim dies of fright.
