Gramr

"Wrath." The sword of Sigurðr, forged by Reginn out of the fragments of his father Sigmundr's sword, which was originally forged by Wayland the Smith. The sword was so sharp that Sigurðr, immersing it in the Rhine, cut asunder a flock of wool which drifted down-stream onto the sword's edge. With the sword Sigurðr also clove in two Reginn's anvil.

After Sigurðr was mortally wounded by Guthormr, he hurled Gramr after Guthormr, so that it cut the man asunder in the middle.

The sword is called Balmung in the Nibelungenlied.
