Viði

In the eddic poem Grímnismál, Odin enumerates a number of mythical locations, the twelfth of which is Viði, the home of Viðarr. It is a land filled with growing trees and high-standing grass.

O'ergrown with branches
and high grass
is Vidar's spacious Landvidi:
There will the son descend,
from the steed's back,
bold to avenge his father.

It is not mentioned elsewhere.
