Zohar

"Splendor", "Radiance." A thirteenth-century Jewish mystical text commenting on the Torah. It is the primary text of Kabbalistic writings. The Zohar was published in Spain by Moses de León, who ascribed the work to the second-century rabbi Shimon bar Yochai.
