Zoar

One of the five cities of the plain, along with Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim. It was the only of the five that was not destroyed by God. Lot went out from Zoar, and dwelt in the mountains, for he feared to remain in the city.

Its king was Bela.¹
