Bilskírnir
"Everlasting?" The name of Thor's hall in Þrúðheimr. In Grímnismál, Odin says that of all the halls he has seen, his son's is the greatest. It has five hundred and forty rooms, the same number as Valhalla. According to Gylfaginning, the hall Bilskírnir is located in Þrúðvangr.
Among the kennings for Thor are "Possessor of Bilskírnir" and "Lord of high Bilskírnir." The name might mean "everlasting" or "suddenly illuminated [by lightning]."
