"Bee-lightning?" According to Gylfaginning and Skáldskaparmál, a son of Fárbauti, and brother of Loki and Helblindi. He is not found elsewhere in the poems.

A poetic periphrase or kenning for Loki is bróðir Býleists, "Býleistr's brother."
