Ocyrrhoe
"Fast-flowing." The naiad daughter of the river god Imbrasus and Chesias on the island of Samos. She was pursued by Apollo but escaped. She implored a seaman, named Pompilus, to help her get off the island. He agreed, but Apollo appeared and seized the maiden. He changed the ship into a stone and transformed Pompilus into a pilot-fish.
