Raziel

"Secret of God." The angel who appeared to Adam after his expulsion from paradise. He gave Adam a book out of which all things worth knowing can be learned, and all mysteries. When Adam accepted the book, a flame of fire shot up and the angel rose heavenward with it. See Sefer Raziel HaMalakh.

A similar book was given by Raziel to Noah (see Sefer Ha-Razim).
