Uzziah

The son of Amaziah and Jecholiah. At the age of sixteen he was made king of Judah. He built Eloth, and restored it to Judah. He reigned for fifty-two years in Jerusalem. When he burned incense in the Temple of Jerusalem, a privilege solely of the priests, he was smitten with leprosy. Upon his death he was succeeded by his son Jotham.
