Blonde Esmerée

Esmerée the Fair, a princess of Wales, whose city was under siege by Mabon, a powerful enchanter. She sends a messenger to the court of King Arthur to request for aid. Sir Gingalain asks for the quest and it is given it. He successfully liberates the city, and out of gratitude Esmerée offers herself to him in marriage. He eventually marries her.
