Galeron

A knight who appears before Arthur at supper and claims his lands, which had been conquered by Arthur. Gawan offers to fight him and defeats him. Eventually his lands are returned to him and he is made a Knight of the Round Table.

Sir Galeron appears in Part II of the Middle Scots poem Sir Gawan and Sir Galeron of Galloway (c. 1440).
